MTN/MONDO ROUTER QUERY

I am extremely disappointed at the service of Mondo and MTN, after they failed to pay back funds they had been charging me for a router that was returned. I have logged several queries with both MTN and Mondo and have been taken from pillar to post. Sunasha @Mondo even reassured me she would resolve same, to date nothing has been done. Have sent emails following up and left messages with her colleagues for her to call me back. MTN charged me cancellation fee when they shouldn't have because Mondo had incorrectly recorded the router contract for 3 years when we had specifically agreed to make it 2 years. All I want is my money being R2 867.14!!!
