MTN/MONDO OR REWARDS

I was interested in a contract then I browsed on the internet specifically for MTN then I saw HAUWAI NOVA 8i for 269 then I put my details to be contacted then indeed I was, but little did I knw what I was getting myself into after receiving a call I was told they don't have the nova they can offer me a Samsung A something for 369 I agreed but its been more than two weeks now NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM NO NOTHING when I tried to call them the phone doesn't go through now I want to cancel the contract there is no way of communicating with them,

what I am most disappointed in is MTN itself to associate themselves with such cz they are taking the MTN brand down wen I went to their stores for assistance I was told there was nothing they could help me with I need to go back and get InTouch with them myself I was even shouted at the service was bad with no help - WHEN I WENT TO THE WEBSITE FOR A MTN CONTRACT I DIDNT KNW I WAS GOING TO GET A CALL FROM MTNs SUBCONTRACTS NOT MTN ITSELF SO FOR MTN TO GIVE ME SUCH BAD SERVICE AND NOT EVEN ASSIST ME WITH THE PROBLEM I HAD SIMPLY FOR BEING INTERESTED IN THEIR BRAND WHAT I CAN SAY IS MTN HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FROM ME AND PPL CLOSE TO ME

IF MTN IS GOING TO READ THIS SINCE I CANT GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM YOU PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE CONTRAT PLEASE SCRATCH MY NAME OFF YOUR DATABASE OR IF ANYONE CAN ASSIST IN GETTING HOLD OF THEM PLEASE HELP.
