MTN/MONDO is the Pits

I am on the MTN LTE month to month contract for more than a year now. I have been trying to cancell tthis contract for 5 months And mondo refuses to pick up their router.

I cannot return it to the mtn store because they as I am required l, because they (delivery ourier) scanned someone elses invoice into the system so the information on the router does not match the invoice that was scanned, thus nulifying my information.

I was told the only way if fornthe courier to come and pick up the router. This has been scheduled multipme times since December 19th and thus far, no success.

I have been calling MONDO/MTN every week since December and their consultants are apologetic but really unhelpful because no action is completed and Im still paying for router I want to cancell
