MTN,MONDO and DSV

I am so disappointed by the service i am currently getting from MTN South Africa,mondo and DSV.No professionalism what so ever.I have received a sim card from MTN which i order on MONDO and it was delivered by DSV. Now between these companies there is alot of blame games and mind you i call them but still on service delivery.now i am stuck with a sim card that doesnt work because somebody is just not doing thier job and is getting away with it. I am sick and tired of this service now i feel like i have to be calling out companies because the fail to delivery their services to me
