Mtn,Mondo and DSV

Good Day I’ve got a problem with mtn and DSV courier services I was meant to get my new contract yesterday the driver came thru to my place I had all the supporting documentation that they had asked for and could get the phone cause of “biometric” authentication,the driver was patient enough to try the biometric more than once but it still didn’t work.Did some research on the internet and found out I’m not the only person who has experienced this.
