MTN/Mondo accountability

I had recently taken out my second contract upgrade with MTN (two contract phones)only to find out the takealot voucher they had advertised on the website was a lie after being first told it was one per person and not per contract which the website said “per upgrade”. I was then contacted by a consultant who sold me a laptop by **** about the monthly repayment costs to which I opted to cancel the contract as I took it based on what the consultant told me. Now three months later I’m still sitting with the device that I’m not using, being charged for it and I keep getting the same excuses that the issue is with the courier. No one is accepting responsibility and everyone keeps “escalating” the matter, where I’m from when you escalate a matter it means it will get resolved soon. This is a horrible experience.
