MTN/MoMo harassment

I am a MTN subscriber and have OPTED OUT of ALL marketing promotions yet MoMo through MTN keeps harrassing me! I habe a complaint ticket reference number. # *** yet I still receive these promotions! They do not resolve the issue at all!
