MTN/M-Tels Trick Credit Default Listing

M-Tel Called me for a contract in 2017 which was meant for 24 months. I paid diligently until the end. They continued debbitting me even after the contract period & M-Tel cant be reached even until today for cancellation. In 2019 the decided to lisft me as defaulting on payments when I had no way to call M-Tel, to explain i dont need an upgrade & dont intend on continuing.

No 1 called me to explain anything & now i sit with bad credit Record for R50 mtn payment for something i had already paid for in the 24 months.
