I have cellphones contracts with mtn and have been paying my installments every month, last year october one of my contract was expiring so i didnt renew but someone from mtn commited ***** and renewed my contract and now im paying R1800 every month instead of R900 and i have reported the matter and consultents from mtn shop also helped me to log in a complain and my ID copy that is certified was submited and affidavid and i was told that they are investigating and on february they sent me a text saying my query has been resolved but nothing has changed as they still demanding i pay the ***** money or they will close my line. Im fed up with mtn and i want this matter to be resolved and that i have no intention of taking any product from them ever again. I want my money back as i didnt upgrade last year and i want to know who made that upgrade so that i can get that person arrested. I cant afford paying R860 every month for something i dont have and have no idea of. I have all documents of my contracts from starting date till expiry date and what they doing to me is being cruel and inconsiderate.
