Mtn:Giving Credit its due diligence

I have to commend Previous Moshoeshoe from the cancellations department,she did a stellar job in ensuring that my cancellation was processed with ease. She went above and beyond with communication even when the line was disconnected a few times and even followed through to clarify & rectify a few mishaps.

She is definitely an example to lead by and I hope Mtn will hire more service driven employees such as herself.
