MTN=FRUSTRATION
Thank you for my statement that I receive so timeously every month. If only your service could be as satisfactory. We are now a month into my unresolved query regarding my data sim that I am unable to use due to no Internet connection. Since I need to now buy data on top of having to pay for your literally useless service, I will use it to complain. Every. Single. Day. And hopefully.. HOPEFULLY, someone will be competent enough to assist me or even RESOLVE THE ISSUE without transferring me to 3 or 4 people at the call Centre, me having to call you to do follow ups or having me drive to MTN Branches trying to get this fixed.
