MTN(Empty-N) and Vasconnect don't wanna cancel my month to month contract

Empty-N (MTN) and their partner in crime Vasconnect doesn't want to cancel my month to month contract of the 5G router I have returned, which was only used for 2 months. And the reason for cancelling is that I have moved to an area with no 5G coverage.
