MTN/DSV delivery

Order placed for new router Deal ID: *** CT1674 Order: ***

This was suppose to be delivered by DVS Road on 29/12/2022. Dsv had isseu with system during delivery. I took leave for the day to accept parcel from DSV for that day Still haven't received order. Now I must make plan again to accommodate DSV/MTN to receive parcel as they can not accommodate me on my time.

This is bad service from DSV and MTN as its their fault system didn't work. They must sort it out on their own.. I need produxt urgent
