MTN/DSV competing for the wort service ever

hi i received a call from MTN on the 9th of December where they promoted a new device the hisense h50s 5G i agreed and took 2 new contracts they promised me delivery before the 17th as that would be when i would leave for holiday they could not deliver so they phoned me again and i told them i would be back by the 28th so they agreed on delivery on the 29th so today i have spoken to MTN they tell me they can only send a mail to a department that can follow it up why DSV has not delivered i have spoken to DSV Bloemfontein they say i must wait for them to phone me but they cant tell me when, unfortunately i need a new phone for my work how do i get MTN to just do a bit of customer support and phone the courier and get the courier to deliver
