MTN...CONVENIENTLY UNCREACHEABLE FOR A TELECOMMS BRAND...WHEN IT SUITS THEM...

My wife just had her phone cut off...midway through a long trip back home...the reason? Apparently payment hadn't reflected...this after my wife had returned to the Midlands Mall MTN branch...twice...to ensure that they had the right account details (which they naturally assured her they did...even though she advised them that they had changed). Now...my wife is left without comms so her safety while traveling is in jeopardy (imagine if she had a breakdown while on the road) and MTN AND MTN Midlands are both unavailable on any of the numbers they profess to be reachable on? This goes beyond gross incompetence, this is *****.
