MTN//Account number: BA***, Matter Number: ***

MTN is underestimating their customers, I paid my account through SAYA recoveries starting from 2023/09, I received a call from them the following year in January the 30th stating my account is paid up and sent me a statement, the total amount is R12800.00, whereby I had to pay R8770.00. When I go to MTN they say I must contact MTN legal department but still they are unhelpful, they only say I owe R3000.00, but I wonder how, and this affects my credit score, I can't even take any contract with any store even a sim-card. Please find some means to help me. I paid more than I owe but I'm still owing.
