MTN’a customer care and 24 hour turnaround time is a joke

I truly don’t know why MTN has a customer care department.

The app they have that they want us to use have bombed out the 2 Ed time in 4 months while I made a purchase.

The first time the purchase went through twice. And I communicated with the customer care for a month and they still did not resolve it

Now last week I made a purchase again and the app bombed out and this time they deducted the money and did not allocated the bundle. Been back and forth for over a week with numerous followups. Still no luck
