MTN ZTE WiFi terrible service ever

MTN WIFI have been terrible, the wifi has never worked however they have consistently billed us for a service that has never been delivered. Their customer service has been awful, with absolutely zero call backs and continuously put us on hold. I kept on calling them regarding my issue and they promised to assist and provide me with internet services but they never do but when it’s time to bill me they take my money l feel ****med and ******. If i could give them no stars I would. I would never recommend anyone to buy their wifi services.
