MTN ZTE 5G rooter is a ****!!!!!!!!!!!

The network on their ZTE 5G rooter does not work. I logged plenty of calls complaining or asking for assistance with this and still it’s not working. I was informed that a call was logged on the 20th of August 2024 and till this date the matter is not resolved! I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for something that doesn’t work! Now I need to spend more money for transport to go to a restaurant for Wi-Fi so that I can work, which means I need to order food because you can’t use their Wi-Fi and not buy anything this means more money. I need to buy additional data for my brother for his school work even though I am paying every month without fail! That rooter is a total ****!!!! *** Location ID: 15873
