Mtn Zevenwacht mall what a joke

I went to Mtn Zevenwacht mall to get my upgrade as I was walking towards the Mtn shop the staff saw me coming I could see they weren't happy I was coming one staff member ran to the back I could see he said something to the 2 other staff members behind the counter there was no customers in the shop I entered went to the counter I stood there no one looked up they were pretending to be busy on the computer how rude who does that when a customer comes to the counter u look up u smile and greet but I stood there for what felt like ages eventually a female staff member looks up says nothing no greet no smile I asked about an upgrade she just gave me dirty looks and made me feel unwelcome like they don't want me there she went to the back to look for the item I requested it took a while she came back out and said there is no stock and laughed at me it felt so uncomfortable it was the worst experience in a retail shop I've had they should be ashamed of themselves how can u have common and rude staff dealing with customers this place is an absolute joke spare yourself the trip to this miserable place.
