Good afternoonFirstly , I would like to thank MTN for the excellent service I have received from my first cellphone in 2000 and I have not EVER been disappointed. People are so eager to complain but today I want to highlight 3(three) of your staff members and because of them they make the store one of the BEST MTN stores to walk into.Brian Stoffberg, Janda Laucscher & Alicia Overmeyer thank you very much for your astonishing service you deliver at this store. I never once walked out of that store unhappy with any type of query, purchase or upgrade. I have done the Zevenwacht Store. I actually dread the day I walk in there and I don't see any of you but I know the type of service you deliver is contagious because I experienced this with the Huawei rep he was just as friendly but it is because of the way you treat your clients. I just want to highlight that this did not only happen on one occasion but every time I went to this store and everytime I go there , the service is pleasant, insightful, they are patient with their clients and it's genuine, they are not doing it because they get paid. Thank you for your friendliness , your unselfish assistance and the care you show towards your customers no matter what race or age they are and I have seen this while waiting my turn. Irrespective of Vodacom 26 years and Telkom's +/-110 years it's people like you who make life a little bit easier and make MTN one of the best networks to be on. I would recommend anyone to go to this store for any type of assistance. I want you to be recognized for what you do , your fellow staff at other stores and when you phone in can learn so much from the three of you.
