We going on to the 5th month and we still in same position, I had my phone P30Lite no less that 3 week and the screen died did not wanted to go on at all .I took my to Huawei as they instructed me to do with in 3 day they send me a quote saying there was corrosion found in side of my phone . And when I got the device back there was nothing wrong except that the phone doesn't connect to the network I don't know what they did to my phone.I then ask the how long does it take for corrosion to appear seeing that the phone is no other than 3 weeks they could not answer me yet they quote me R3500 .I then phoned MTN Zevenwacht where we took out the contract manager told me no worries bring the phone to the store from going back and forward than they send me a quote R5820.00.So 4 months has past and I'm worse of than I was my phone is still at the store, I have requested the Regional manager detail because as customer I was not treated fairly yet a week has past and I'm still waiting for nothing ...My husband came across the customer complaint about the exact thing that happened to us please see the message below .Our network has been suspended today after payment was made last week in store. Reason we need to make payment in the store is due to the fact that we were not informed about the limit we have to set on the phone nore did we get a notification on our phones .Now they have been investigating for the past 2 month for proof of notification. I refuse to accept this type of customer service Im in retail for more that 15 years and I will repeat it over and over this is not on, put yourself in our shoes would you pay for something you don't have you been waiting for month than to be told no good news with your phone and we are still investigating the billing will keep you posted . I'm aware on the store level how difficult it is and I have empathy don't get me wrong but there is only so much that a person can take.
