MTN: Zero Service; Zero Communications; Abysmal customer service

Since 7 December last year I have been unable to make calls or send SMS's from my cell phone.. There have been multiple attempts to resolve with MTN, including comms with MTN Complaints Dept. Absolutely no response to any communications whatsoever.
