MTN - Zero service delivery

I purchased the Galaxy 9 notepad on the Black Friday package . This included a complimentary Samsung Curve Monitor.

At the time of purchase, the Samsung consultant was unable to register me for the promotion as Samsung had not loaded the banner on the app.

She checked with them and requested me to come through when the banner was loaded so that she could register for the monitor. I went back in the first week in Dec and she still couldn't help me.

She then informed me a week later that the banner was loaded and I needed to come through for her upload on the application. I was going overseas and later visited the branch where the banner was removed and she couldn't assist. She referred me to her manager which is frankly useless and asked me to call Digital Planet - **********

Khuselwa.

I called 7 times and she has not returned my call.

I have since raised my dissatisfaction on MTN's social media.

Barbara who responded is aa useless as all staff whom I engaged as I have to consistently follow up with her and have not received any notable feedback. Also sent an email to MTN's complaints department and haven't received a response more than 5 days later!!!!
