MTN zero customer service

I’m so disappointed at the MTN branch in Randburg squareI was there yesterday as my phone has been ****** instead of them assisting me in blocking my phone and giving me a new SIM card they just told me that they will blacklist the phone and they let me go just like that no one is saying anything , how do I go about claiming my insurance, what do I do next? Nothing.. the girl that assisted me just didn’t want to give me customer service😡😡😡😡😡your service is bad bad service
