MTN zero customer service.

MTN service is shocking. Several attempts to upgrade my contract has been unsuccessful. According to their records I am on their old system and therefore do not qualify for the advertised deals in the MTN booklet. Attempts to cancel my contract have also been unsuccessful as the helpline has no option to speak with a consultant.
