I app**** for a cell upgrade via mtn corporate under a corporate deal.<br> I logged a complaint earlier about the same incident and that has resulted in no urgency.<br> The application has been under process for more than 15 days and I still don't have my cell phone delivered.<br> The name of consultant who processed my application is Hazel and the reference number provided was HM***4.<br> Seriously MTN your corporate call centre is useless, they come up with all kind of excuses for non delivery.<br>
