MTN Zakhele giving me the run around
<p> I have bought share in 2010, when I bought my shares I had a different surname as I was married and got divorced and got my surname changed back to my ****en surname. I sent all the paperwork to Zakhele and they asked for a marriage certificate which I produced and certified, I gave them a copy of my new surname ID certified and my old certified. They asked for bank statements which I produced, now they want me to go to Home Affairs for a name change certificate. This is just making me go round in circle. They do not want to pay me out so they are stalling and making me go everywhere, after this they will find another excuse. I think this is really unacceptable. Please can someone help. My banks and my home loan accepted my details and they cant. This does not make sense. I also checked on HelloPeter the MTN Zakhele business. Many people are experiencing the same issues. Please assist</p>
