MTN Zakhele Futhi Shares queries

Kindly advise on what to do as I have bought 1000 Shares from MTN Zakhele Futhi Shares which cost me R20000 as each share was R20 and I have bought this shares in 2016 and I am confused on how to claim or sell half of my Shares as the five years period was due in 2021 and when I call the MTN call center wanting to follow up on the procedure to get something from my investments they are not giving me a clear understanding on where to claim whatever is due to me as they would tell me to go to any bank in South Africa and request to see the financial advisor regarding my concerns or queries ,but when ever I get to the bank institution they refer me back to the Main founder or service provider of the shares which is MTN Zakhele Futhi Shares and this is been going on for along time and it's getting into my nerves as I'm in need of my financial outcome as I expected to buy and sell for profit one-day and now I can't even get a cent from my hard work. So kindly assist and advice on what to do next.
