MTN zakhele futhi share registration

In 2016 we bought MTN zakhele futhi shares and the transaction was done with nedbank. Currently MTN want us to register in order to buy or sell and failure to do so will lead to us forfeiting our shares. MTN only offered an option to register online without an alternative source of registration. Most of the MTN zakhele shares were purchased by elderly people who do not know how to use online technology and when they go to the nedbank branch nedbank refuse to help because it no longer as an agreement with MTN. When we call the call center we are adviced to register online however they are failing to consider the issue that most people are unable to use online technology and they fail to provide an alternative option. I am extremely concern about MTN s behavior because they were very accommodating when they were accepting our money to purchase the shares now they are turning their backs on their people because they are on position of our money.
