MTN ZA FALSE AND MISLEADING ONLINE ADVERTISING

Currently disappointed with MTN.I upgraded online not aware I would have to deal with third party Mondo.Phone delivered without Bluetooth speaker and headphones.Called MTN got referred to Mondo they couldn't deliver those items was referred to Huwaei which were not running the special. I canceled the upgrade within four days ,returned the phone sealed to the store.Countless calls , emails and walk ins followed; promised that my account will be recalculated and go back to where it was only to be told later it was not possible.

My number was converted to prepaid on the 24th of November my account has been charged for the upgrade from August until now.I need my money back.Retention do not answer calls.I have countless reference numbers .I am tired and depressed.I want to end this long term relationship with MTN .Disappointed and angry.
