MTN ZA and their debt collectors after worst

Please note that MTN account on MTN account I made arrangement to settle my account in 6 months with VVM Debt collectors but in the middle of that my account move to SSDA but I paid up my account while my account was moved to SSDA (Attached the proof of payment)

But I have not got the Paid up letter .

I have escalated to cim_legal but they only responded to me and said the account is clear I don't owe MTN

but I went to MTN on the weekend on their system. It shows that I'm still a debt collector???

WHY ? Who is right?

I have escalated on twitter with no joy??

Can i please get a paid up letter and be removed that I still owe MTN . This is unfair after paying the Money that I owe. Is that how I'm being treated?

All I'm asking is to be cleared nje I'm trying to fix my profile . I was in a tough situation when I couldn't pay . Now I have paid . please clear me. It's been 2 months trying to deal with this but no JOY. I thought MTN was a good company
