MTN you're useless .... have you tried to use your own app!!!???

Have you every tried to get an invoice from MTN.. for your account? Its absolutely incredibly impossibly bad. 1. the app does not work...so you request away after having battled through an app that has clearly been built by preschool kids. The screens are not responsively built so menus just drop off the bottom and you cannot reach them 2. the call centre is even worse...you talk to people that tell you the invoices are being sent/emailed but they NEVER arrive. So you go around in circles Ok now lets try the shop....I am guessing they will not have access complete and utterly useless company and systems.
