MTN - Your Worst NIGHTMARE

I was signing up for fiber WIFI but incorrectly app**** for the LTE router and MTN deducted my R820 from my account. When i discovered my mistake, I cancelled the delivery of the LTE router. After numerous phone calls and so many e-mails, they eventually cancelled my application. I sent in numerous emails to so many MTN people for my refund of my R820 and still have no answer regarding my refund! I drove up 86kilometers to the MTN head-office in Fairview but still nobody is helping me. I am at my wits end!
