Mtn, your staff are dragging you down.
At 14:18 I arrived at centurion mtn and sat in the queue to be helped. At 15:20 I got up and demanded someone help me because I had been sitting waiting for over an hour. The staff had been coming and going on their lunches throughout this time leaving only 2 ladies to extremely slowly handle people's problems. The last 20 minutes a technician moved between 2 computers trying to figure out how to access outlook. This was the excuse as to why more computers weren't avilabke to help. All of a sudden when we demanded help, a man came from the back and began to help us. He had been here the entire time
