MTN your service is absolutely PATHETIC

MTN your service is absolutely PATHETIC, I have been struggling to get a hold of your legal department, I phone & send emails & no one responds. You have wrongfully listed my name on ITC due to your customer service incompetence you messed up my account & you admitted to your mistake, but now you take forever to rectify your mistake, you are so quick to put people in the negative on ITC when it is you & some of your staff members who are totally clueless & gullible & *********** unable to do their work properly now I have to suffer. If you do not correct your errors on my ITC record I will take this matter further. ***
