I have been a contract holder with MTN for more than 10 years. Since lockdown up until now I have not been able to earn a salary. I emailed and called to arrange for payment relief but with no success. My contract has now been blocked. They didn't even gave me an option to an open line. I was loyal up until now. Will be closing contract as deadline approaches and will find me alternative service provider. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed in my service provider. #NoBozzaNetwor****
