MTN your employees are using our confidential information to commit crime

When one opens an account they are under the impression that their personal information is safe, that's not the case with MTN as an employee of theirs ported my number to cell C without my consent and they do not want to reveal the identity of this employee. In less than 24 hours of the porting incident another employee who is also anonymous took out a contract using my information worth 40 thousand, i was told to go to Randburg to get it solved, the lady who was supposed to help, said she is busy and gave me a bogus email that doesn't exist.
