Mtn your customer service is horrible.

You would think after being a client for fifteen years with mtn they would look after you like a business should take care of there client.

But no, in they last year I have absolutely treated me horribly via there call centre. They have made it impossible do a transaction with them as they find every excuse in the book including so called old system.

Dont stop there they went so far as to falsefy information about my credit report.

I have requested them to investigate which after month which they still have not bothered to assist me with or taking the time to actually resolve my issue.

Mtn get your house in order and learn treat a customer correctly
