MTN Your Courier DSV is Useless

I placed an order for a SIM and modem from MTN on March 26 and to date, DSV cannot get it delivered to me. You can't even speak to someone because they are so busy. They send messages to say they will deliver and on the day don't pitch. Every week i get another message for a delivery date. Now they say 26th April. 1 month after i order the contract. This is the 2nd time they have done this. They were supposed to collect my RAIN modem when i cancelled. They make appointments and don't pitch. The RAIN modem is still here. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG HERE! Am i going to receive my sim card MTN? Useless bunch, get a new courier!
