MTN - Your affiliation with Mobile Plus isnt working

<p>To your brand, loyalty and your existing and future customers. The partnership with mobile plus, and the lack of service thereof, has resulted in non-compliance with the respective TCF (Treating customers fairly) princples. Its been over 3 weeks now and "mobile plus" is still sending me an sms confirming when my device will be delivered, this is after confirming that the said contract has being approved. What kind of an organization is this, in a day where people are "free" to choose where to give their business, you take that for granted and give them a smack in the face. Answer me the following: Why has it taken nearly a month to send me an sms confrming when my phone will be delivered? Outcome 1 - Failed. Why has nobody contacted me to advise me of the status of my delivery after confirming approval - why am i not kept appropiately informed ? Outcome 3 - Failed. Are the consultants selling these products received the appropiate training and understand the concept of the customer journey. Was this service of an acceptable standard - definitly not - Outcome 5 - Failed. Reference: M****185158-1 </p>
