MTN - You upgraded my contract,then couriered me a dead phone, then cancelled my upgrade after 2 months !!!!

RMA*** - Retentions Dept *** MTN - You upgraded my contract,then couriered me a dead phone, then cancelled my upgrade after 2 months !!!! Please forward this to Retentions Dept and let them call me . . MTN-Direct upgrade my contract, then couriered me a "dead on arrival" cellphone. (was received "dead "from the courier) on Friday 22 May 2020... the new "dead"cellphone was sent back to Retentions Warehouse (MTN-Direct Vereeniging) on 28 May 2020… that was 80 days ago . MTN claim that they must redo the upgrade before they can send a replacement phone..MTN-Direct/Customercare/Sales//Retentions all claim they dont have authority on their system to redo the upgrade....yet they collected the debit-orders on May and June 2020 . . . now they cancelled the upgrade(contract we agreed upon in May 2020....it is now 6 August 2020. *** - RMA*** - Retensions Dept/ MTN Direct ***> (***); ***; ***; *** *** ***
