MTN you suck!

After complaining since June. My slow internet service has still not resolved. MTN does not even respond to my emails. *I have send emails to all the relevant email addresses. *I have complained at the branch, and they supposedly lodged a complaint. *I have complained on their Facebook profile, and they also supposedly lodged a complaint.

I am fed up! What does a 10mbps line help me, if I cannot use it.
