MTN YOU SUCK

I have taken out a month to month LTE contract with MTN last month ( FEB 25 ) I had to pay prorate for Feb and the full month of march wich i did pay on the 11th of FEB , so first of all after a week no one contacted me , I started to contact them to find out whats going on ( 1) MTN provided DSV with my wrong cell number and address , It took me 4days calling both MTN and DSV eventually thats sorted DSV come to deliver every thing is ok but (2) When DSV came to me we got stuck because im born with only one hand and here is the problem, THEY CANT DELIVER TO ME BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO SCAN BOTH MY TUMBS AND IN A CASE LIKE MINE MTN HAVE TO GIVE DSV PERMISSION TO DO WHAT THEY CALL A MANUAL DELIVERY , THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO WEDNESDAY, The very same day DSV did send a mail to MTN asking permission for the manual delivery Ive been calling myself sick and mailing everyone I can to please help me sort this out , WELL UP TO THIS DATE OF TODAY NO ONE OF MTN HAVE EVER GOTTEN BACK TO DSV OR ME , FEB IS GONE AND SO IS THE PRORATA I PAID FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED AND LTE IVE NEVER USED!!! IM REALLY VERY VERY UPSET WITH MTN AND THE BAD ( NO ) SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IVE EVEN MAILED THE SO CALLED DIRECTOR OF MTN MR RALPH BUT NO REPLY
