MTN, you once again prove to be *******

It disappoints me that I have to once again complain about MTN.<br> <br> I have a My choice contract with them, which means that I set a limit and then can either call the call centre to purchase additional minutes, or purchase a topup voucher from any retailer.<br> <br> Last Monday I phoned into the call centre and asked them to top my account up with 50 minutes.<br> <br> On Wednesday, I checked my balance, and it said that I had approximately 426 minutes remaining. This could not possibly be correct as I had 0 minutes prior to the topup.<br> I called the call centre and was told that my account had been topped up with 550 minutes.<br> <br> Firstly, there is no way that I could have used over 100 minutes during those two days.<br> <br> Secondly, I only wanted 50 minutes.<br> <br> I complained and was promised that the problem would be rectified shortly, which it wasn't.<br> <br> I phoned in on Thursday again to complain. I was promised once again that it would be rectified, which it hasn't been<br> I have just checked my balance and seen that in addition to my free minutes, MTN has taken about R16 free airtime.<br> <br> MTN, you disgust me, please rectify immediately!!!<br> <br> If I am billed for these extra minutes, I will be forced to take further action<br>
