MTN you messed up my life

To be honest I have no idea where to start, but I extremely frustrated with MTN and ibwould encourage people not to sign up with them. In June 2022 I upgraded my contract, it's a 24 month contract and I have it in writing as well. 2 months back I phoned MTN to confirm when does my contract expire as we would like to cancel it, I was told in June 2026, that is a 4 year contract . Where in there right mind do you get a 4 year contract....I have spoken to numerous consultants, I have all there names , they transferred me from pillar to post for these past few months.....now it's my responsibility to phone a 100 people for them to this out. Some of the consultants that I speak to, don't even listen to my query while I'm explaining and they just end up transferring me to another department, I literally spend hours per day on the phone with MTN as they keep transferring me. Not 1 consultant said to me that they would deal with the Query to rectify it....they said I must phone around....I've been phoning and still today have not received any feedback....my contract is ending this month and I want this ******* canceled with MTN....The staff members also confirmed its a 24 month contract but they can't cancel it, they said I have an extended contract, I've never heard of that ******* in my life before and they can't send me something in writing of an extended contract they are referring to when they themselves said it's only a 24 month contract, I have logged a complaint whereby they said it will go to Senior management of MTN...That was on the 4th of June...still today I have not received feedback....see below from MTN Yes, I did send you this above ####### MTN Mega Talk XS

I am extremely frustrated and I hate there pathetic service, now it's going to cost me to close my bank account and change all me banking dtls just so that they don't debit me for another 24 months....what bull**** is that...they have inconvenienced my life and not even management can sort out this *******...I hate MTN
