MTN YOU HAVE BROKEN YOUR TRUST WITH ME

My experience began with excitement of requesting mtn retentions to upgrade my package to home lte setup.and that is where it stopped. My package was upgraded but to a incorrect title and specs was not correct. When I received my router it is was working but it could not connect to the Internet. When I made contact with mtn no one on the many occasions I made contact could resolve the issue and it is still not resolved. I am completely broken, upset and have no idea how this will be solved. MTN cost me business and they seem not to care. I have been a client for a eleven years and I have never seen such horrible service and inadequate package. My name is lyall Craig ***
