MTN you EFFEN STINK!!!!!!!!

MTN you EFFEN stink! You are load of effen *******ES! You trap consumers in a contract just to ***** their money! How the F' do you bunch of ****s get away with what you do is shocking!!! I assure you I will be laying a complaint with the consumer council about you b'tards!!!

I was sold a LTE contract which sound all roses in Nov 2022, when I spoke to the sales person I was VERY specific that I live in JHB but I usually go to DBN and would it be ok if I took the modem with me to DBN, I was told and I quote, "it's ok, you just need to provide both addresses" Which I did, on the form I was sent I put down BOTH the addresses, the JHB address where I live and the DBN address where I visit. If this was NOT possible I would have NEVER! taken out the contract, NEVER, because to be honest I HATE MTN and your service! I always have and now after this I ALWAYS WILL! Between Nov 2022 and now Dec 2023 I moved between both places and all I did was call the call center and tell them my location and they would just reset and unblock the location and everything worked. Today, while sitting in DBN I call them for the 3rd time and the so called 'Champion' tells me that its not allowed on my contract!!!! Point blank refused to help me, I told the idiot that if I could cancel the contract I would, and he said then maybe I should, he also said that they are aware that people are taking their routers with them on holiday and they have been told not to remove the location block and he cannot do it, yet it was the 3rd time I called today for help and I was helped with the location unblocking! yet this specific person point block refused!!! HOW??? a precedence was already set from Dec 2022, and now this idiot is telling me I cannot be helped and I need to go and read the Terms and Conditions! Why was the terms and conditions not given to me to read BEFORE I signed the contract??? WHY, MTN????? I want you bunch of f'kers to go back and listen to the recording of the sales pitch between me and the person who sold me the contract and listen to what I asked her regarding me moving between the locations! Go to your tapes and dig up the conversation of the 28th of Nov 2022 from 14:30 to 14:45!

If you are not willing to give me what I was told I could have by your sales agent the you need to release me for this contract so I can go out and find service provider who will provide me with a service that I am looking for!!!
