MTN YOU BAD!!!

<p>I had a contract account with MTN which was handed ove. However i paid it up on the 15 July 2016 last year that is. i was sent a clearance letter by the lawyers and i was told the account is cleared and that MTN will clear it too on their side.</p> <p>In September 2016 i contacted the company of the lawyers to check if my name is cleared i was told everything is fine and they sent me the letter again and said even at MTN everything is fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the beginning of December 2016 i decided to take a phone again from MTN and i was told i cannot because i still have an outstanding account and to my surprise they show me an outstanding of Three thousands something. i explained it and sales person instead of assisting me gave me a head office number that he said i must call, which i did and i was told they need to check with the legal department and ask them to submit my file and they promise to call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>They never called back and i called them again January 2017. i requested a reference number because everytime i call they tell me the samething that they will ask the legal department to submit my documents.</p> <p>Its been more than six months im battling with these. Have you sent the file to legal department yet? MTN YOU BAD!!!</p>
