MTN you are savages

After 3 months of trying to cancel my contract as it has come up for renewal, iv had the same contract for 16 years. No action, no email response, no one answers their call retention number call center I’m at my wits end! Now my phone is blocked as I won’t pay the monthly contract fee despite numerous calls and emails but they call to offer me an upgrade daily??!! Every time I get transferred to resolve I am put on hold for 20 minutes and I give up. Now my number is blocked and I need to call and book my child in for a procedure at the hospital which I can’t do. Absolutely shocking MTN!!!
